its been a loooong while since ive added a deviation to my gallery. i promise i haven't disappeared, i've just been busy with ceramics and my awesome job (strangely not art related, i work at a dog training/daycare/boarding center in south arlington). haven't drawn anything really exciting recently, hopefully will buy a decent scanner soon and get my ass moving on some worthwhile work.

in the mean time, i've realised that in the year or so with not much drawing that ive lost alot of my skill. damn distractions and boyfriends. kinda makes me sad, but i also realise that in order to keep up such a skill i have to be drawing constantly.

i got rather sick of looking at my drawing one class assignments up there on my gallery, so i uploaded a bunch of rather oldish stuff from last year. enjoy!

So my dad's childhood friend and well known dc artist, Mr. Lee Newman, wants me as his apprentice and assistant at the holden arms boarding school in bethesda. I AM SO EXCITED!!

i will probably start sometime in january.

my boyfriend bought it for me yesterday as a really early christmas/birthday present!!!!!!

finally got a picture of the finished sculpture up.
its been waaay too long since i last posted artwork on this site.
am going to NVCC and majoring in art this year, so hopefully i'll get back into the scanning/picture taking groove and post more work for you guys.
